- Flax seeds 1/2 cup [Alsi]
- Groundnuts 1.5 cup (Shelled)
- Jaggery 1 cup (crumbled)
- Ghee - 1-2tsp
Steps:
- Roast the flax seeds on tawa, so that they become crisp. Do the same for Groundnuts. Do not let them turn dark due to over-roast. Less than a minute on medium flame is enough.
- First finely grind the flax seeds in the Grinder. Keep it separate.
- Now finely grind the Groundnuts.
- Add the Jaggery & mix the 3 thoroughly.
- Add 1-2 teaspoon of Ghee.
- Mix it into small to medium sized ladoos.
