Flaxseed Groudnut Ladoo

A healthy alternative for your sweet tooth. Having Jaggery in winter has many benefits.


Ingredients:

  • Flax seeds 1/2 cup [Alsi]
  • Groundnuts 1.5 cup (Shelled)
  • Jaggery 1 cup (crumbled)
  • Ghee - 1-2tsp

Steps:
  1. Roast the flax seeds on tawa, so that they become crisp. Do the same for Groundnuts. Do not let them turn dark due to over-roast. Less than a minute on medium flame is enough.
  2. First finely grind the flax seeds in the Grinder. Keep it separate.
  3. Now finely grind the Groundnuts.
  4. Add the Jaggery & mix the 3 thoroughly.
  5. Add 1-2 teaspoon of Ghee.
  6. Mix it into small to medium sized ladoos.
