Tofu Bhurji

This is a simple recipe & takes least efforts & time.



Ingredients:

  • Tofu 100g
  • Carrots & Beans (2 tbsp each) [Finely diced]
  • Onion - 1 [Finely chopped]
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Salt (tastewise)
  • Red Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Jeera powder 1/4 tsp
  • Jeera 1/4 tsp
Steps:
  1. Mash the Tofu in fine grains.
  2. Put a little oil, enough to cook the onions & add Jeera when its hot.
  3. Put the onions & fry it a little.
  4. Now add the beans & carrots & fry for two minutes or so.
  5. Add the finely crushed Tofu & mix it with the vegetables.
  6. Add Salt, Chilli powder, Jeera powder & Garam masala, & mix thoroughly.
  7. Cook it for 2-3 minutes after the Tofu was added.
  8. The Tofu Bhurji is ready. Serve it with Phulka/Cutlet/Bread as per choice. One could add more vegetables like capsicum & customize it.
