This is a simple recipe & takes least efforts & time.

- Tofu 100g
- Carrots & Beans (2 tbsp each) [Finely diced]
- Onion - 1 [Finely chopped]
- Oil 1 tsp
- Salt (tastewise)
- Red Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala 1/4 tsp
- Jeera powder 1/4 tsp
- Jeera 1/4 tsp
Steps:
- Mash the Tofu in fine grains.
- Put a little oil, enough to cook the onions & add Jeera when its hot.
- Put the onions & fry it a little.
- Now add the beans & carrots & fry for two minutes or so.
- Add the finely crushed Tofu & mix it with the vegetables.
- Add Salt, Chilli powder, Jeera powder & Garam masala, & mix thoroughly.
- Cook it for 2-3 minutes after the Tofu was added.
- The Tofu Bhurji is ready. Serve it with Phulka/Cutlet/Bread as per choice. One could add more vegetables like capsicum & customize it.
